I switched to Dr. Terrie after the gyn that I used to have told me that I had abnormal cells and that he wanted to remove half my cervix and I would become infertile but not have to worry about the chance of cancer. He wasn't willing to do a biopsy or colposcope or anything else that he should.
Dr Terrie right away made me feel so much more relaxed. She sat down and discussed everything with me without rushing. She then went on to perform a colposcope, punch biopsy, and ecc. The results came back in 4 days. Never in my life have I seen them back so fast. She called me with my results and sat on the phone with me for 23 mins explaining to me and going over all my options. She was very comforting and helpful. She also told me I could call her back or go see her if I wanted to talk some more. I'm only 26 and I was scared to death to have a leep done bc I want to have more children after I get married. After talking to her, I'm not scared anymore and I know that I will have no problem with future pregnancy/childbirth. She's a kind/caring/through doctor. She has great bedside manner. If you need something done and you can't afford it, she will try to help get you into Earl k long and she doesn't have to do that for you.
