Review content:
I started seeing Dr. Thomas for my annual and I was highly impressed with her manner, her warmth and her desire to get to know me as a patient. However, I have had unending issues with her staff. Her nurse never sent my refill for my birth control to my pharmacy, nor did she return REPEATED calls and faxes from me or my pharmacy. I ran out of birth control and finally had to call and demand to speak to another nurse. I've also had to call for other reasons and I'll get calls back 2 and 3 days after the fact. I work in a medical office and I'm disgusted with the lack of attention to the patient by Dr. Thomas' staff, to the point where I have strongly considered finding another Gyn.
Long story short- great physician but the nurse ruins it.
