I made an appointment for a check up for the 1st time at this office. Then I came into the office 2 weeks later. My appointment was at 7:00AM in the morning. Dr. Blaess arrived at 7:45AM. She did not apologize for being late. She said why don't you sit in the chair, and I will be back. She went to get coffee and came back about 15 minutes later. Again not taking into consideration that it was already almost 8:00AM. I was in the office for almost an hour and nothing has been done to me yet. Then she asked me why I was there. I told her I came in for a check up. I said I have not been to a dentist for a long time. She told me I will need to take x-rays. Someone else took me to take my x-rays. When I came back Dr. Blaess told me to sit back in the chair. When I sat down, she decided to take her shoes off. I looked at her, but she didn't say anything. When she took her shoes off, it was one of the worst smells that I have ever experienced. It was like being in a barn with a pig. It was just disgusting and awful. I thought I was going to be sick. By the time she started looking into my mouth, I could barely keep my mouth open because of this awful odor coming from her feet. However, I could not say anything.
