Review content:
the hype the training staff give is not what they offer after you give them the bucks! They promise lots of things during the meeting to get you set up, but dont perform or perform poorly when its time for the first session. I felt I was paying to only be escorted to the machines rather than the trainer having input on how to use the machines, what exercises to do in a routine.
The sessions are poorly planned! Dont join! Its a waste of money!
