Former review published is outdated. New owner, new managers, no children. Pets are allowed, with some restrictions. Lot rent includes water and sewer, clubhouse, heated pool - - costs have gone up, but it is less costly here than many other parks. Come to play or to stay! Several small units available to rent or buy.
Pros: Heated Pool, clubhouse, laundromat, friendly neighbors, daily activities.
Cons: Near busy highway in S. Central Florida. Drinking water needs filter.
