I was a resident of the park for the later part of 2006 and for several months of 2007. The park had just changed management and ownership whin me and my family stayed there at that time. I didn't have the chance to meet the new owners but the management there at that time was very courtious and helpful to us while we were there. When i called to return in the early part of 2008 to see about full time statis management had changed again they we notvery assertive in returning my calls finally when i was able to talk to someone(female) they were short, rude, unwilling to take the time to see when a site would be avalible for full-time rental. At that time I said i would find somewhere else to take my business somewhere else. After talking to friends that use-to live there this past season the owners come into the park after buying it ayear and a half before hand and thru out the previous management uped the rent again and hired two people who already lived in the park that should not have been there in the first place. A holler-roller who stoled other peoples men and a guy a who took what ever women he could get. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PARK!!! Pros: Pool Cons: see list more

Former review published is outdated. New owner, new managers, no children. Pets are allowed, with some restrictions. Lot rent includes water and sewer, clubhouse, heated pool - - costs have gone up, but it is less costly here than many other parks. Come to play or to stay! Several small units available to rent or buy. Pros: Heated Pool, clubhouse, laundromat, friendly neighbors, daily activities. Cons: Near busy highway in S. Central Florida. Drinking water needs filter. more

I stayed there for a short time, the owners were rude, their children were loud and had not respect for anyone or anything, will not stay there again. Pros: there was a pool Cons: price to high, rude owners more
