this is my 1st review.i was a regular customer and i loved the restaurant but i don't want to give even one star this time. so please beware. worst service experience in my life so far. i found hair in a salad and when i pointed out the hair, they bring the same food out by removing the hair in a couple of minutes and they expect us to eat that. we being vegetarian and insisted that we do not eat meat while ordering. still they brought the salad with salami pieces in side. we ate a few bites and found out. we understood it was a mistake so without getting mad we told them to bring another salad. they bring the salad with fewer pieces than before of salami. i think they just hand picked some out. we told them to again change it. this time they bring it with someone's hair inside. can you imagine this? those people are not even ashamed of their pathetic service. on top of this, they even had the audacity to charge us for what we did not eat. business can be bad but none would go to this extent to save and make money. at the end the waiter also gave some racial comments while leaving and was not even apologetic. this was totally uncalled for. i do not have a video to prove it but have people who has watched this experience.i think business is really bad around here and may be restaurants do this to save some money but they don't understand they loose customers and at the end they are the losers.mistakes can happen but not again and again.shame
