Review content:
The process of our working with Caribbean Pools started with Bryan coming to our home to discuss what we wanted. We were talking with three other pool companies at the time, but ultimately went with Caribbean because Bryan really listened to what we wanted and what we were able to manage budget wise. This was on a Wednesday, and by Friday Bryan had already drawn up a plan for us.
Once they got started with the work, Blake acted as our foreman throughout the process. He had amazing attention to detail, and caught several things we never would have seen. We could always contact him for information and updates. He was also receptive to changes we wanted to make after the project was underway. For example, we initially decided not to go with the variable speed pump, but later changed our mind, and it wasn't a problem. Blake was great about organizing the different work crews, and served as our point man whenever we needed him.
In terms of the actual work, the crews were all nice and respectable. We could tell that they are held to high customer service standards, which made them very easy to work with. They would talk to me if I had questions, and I never had a problem with them. They were also respectful of our neighbors when bringing in equipment. We have small front yard access, but they worked around it.
With the work complete, we are on this side of heaven. They really made our dream come true. We had no idea that what we wanted was possible within our budget, but they made it happen. Caribbean Pools is fantastic.
