We met with Bryan only once. He knew right away what we wanted. The whole time the pool was being built there was no one at home. Seems like the process went very well until the very end when we had water overflow. Given the fact that the whole thing was done without us being at home to control the water flow we can consider this a minor problem. Last winter one of of the water pipes broke due to cold weather, I contacted Bryan and he sent someone to repair it right away. Thanks for doing an excellent job Caribbean Pools! more

We got great customer service working with Sean, the designer at Caribbean Pools. He was very patient while my wife constantly changed things. He had some great ideas that we ended up implementing. It worked out wonderfully. The whole installation went smoothly. There were a few hiccups mostly due to weather, not because of the company. They communicated well with us which was important to me. Everything functions well and we recommend them to our neighbors all the time. more

Our salesman, Sean, was very knowledgeable and personable. They were right on the job when they said they would be. They got things done quickly and didn't draw the job out. They said it would be done by a certain time and it was. The only thing that is a bit of an issue is that they had put tile around the perimeter of the steps, and they cut those tiles in fourths which we didn't think they were going to. You can't really notice unless you're standing right above though. more

They helped plan and design our pool. We just moved from Minnesota to Arizona and he really educated us on the whole process since we are completely new to this luxury of a backyard pool. Bill walked us through the design and the process, and he was always open to making subtle or big changes throughout the process. Overall it was a great experience, they did the pool and worked closely with their in-house landscaper so they took care of the decking around the pool. He got us in touch with a fencing man for our pool fence for our kids. He had great recommendations for the decking and layout for the sun to hit it just right. The process only took 3 weeks and Bill had everything lined up like clockwork. more

It was actually a referral from someone that was a business customer of ours, that lead us to Caribbean Pools. We went ahead and used them based on that recommendation. This was our third pool that we have had built here in Phoenix. Out of all three of those jobs, this was the best experience we had. The big thing was that we got a personalized experience. Blake, the supervisor, was just really great to work with. The attention that he gave us as far as getting the pool in exactly the way we wanted it was just great. He made suggestions to enhance the pool and make it look better. We did not run into any difficulties or problems whatsoever. more

I have already recommended Caribbean Pools to someone. From my experience, I checked out different pool places for quotes and the best value for my money was at Caribbean Pools. Sean was the man who came over and designed the pool with me and some of the decking and I was very happy with them. We disagreed about how much decking I should have around the pool, so I might add in more later but overall I am happy. They were really great with new equipment too. I got some great upgrades, a new pool pump, and they did really well with giving me a state of the art pool. They take their time to do really quality work. more

I kind of had a tight spot to put in a pool. I had multiple meetings at my house that Bill from Caribbean Pools personally took on. Bill had a ton of ideas, and did everything he said he was going to do in a timely fashion. I travel a lot. I didn't have time to do meetings, so this meant the world to me. Some of the highlights of working with Caribbean Pools are that we liked working with them. They were very accommodating as far as what we wanted in the design and were very helpful with that. Overall, we think they generally did a really good job. We are happy with the final results. However, there were some hiccups with the sub-trades throughout the job that really delayed the overall schedule. The process of our working with Caribbean Pools started with Bryan coming to our home to discuss what we wanted. We were talking with three other pool companies at the time, but ultimately went with Caribbean because Bryan really listened to what we wanted and what we were able to manage budget wise. This was on a Wednesday, and by Friday Bryan had already drawn up a plan for us. Once they got started with the work, Blake acted as our foreman throughout the process. He had amazing attention to detail, and caught several things we never would have seen. We could always contact him for information and updates. He was also receptive to changes we wanted to make after the project was underway. For example, we initially decided not to go with the variable speed pump, but later changed our mind, and it wasn't a problem. Blake was great about organizing the different work crews, and served as our point man whenever we needed him. In terms of the actual work, the crews were all nice and respectable. We could tell that they are held to high customer service standards, which made them very easy to work with. They would talk to me if I had questions, and I never had a problem with them. They were also respectful of our neighbors when bringing in equipment. We have small front yard access, but they worked around it. With the work complete, we are on this side of heaven. They really made our dream come true. We had no idea that what we wanted was possible within our budget, but they made it happen. Caribbean Pools is fantastic. more

We had just purchased a new house, and got bids and ideas from three different pool companies. We really liked Caribbean Pools. They had great ideas of how they would build the pool and suggestions for landscaping too. It wasn't the lowest bid and it wasn't the highest bid either. But it was the best choice for us. Matt, the salesperson, was very helpful. He was personable, attentive and very patient. Kathy, in the office, was also terrific. I tell you, I think we're good friends now because even when I call now, she recognizes my voice! The foreman, Blake, was completely hands-on when he came out and would help us to make decisions as he went, and answered our questions and addresses our concerns. He was very helpful throughout the process. Everyone we worked with was fantastic. When it came time to get down to work, they had to tear down a part of the wall to dig a hole. Our yard was a mess for awhile, and we knew it would be, but was resolved and taken care of eventually. And they really did try to make the mess as minimal as possible. Everyone working on it was very friendly. We are so happy with the results. The pool and landscape look amazing. We are very satisfied with how the entire process went. We highly recommend them. Caribbean Pools did a great job. I've recommended their services to several people I know. The only drawback to this whole process, was that I guess pool people just come and go whenever they want. For instance, they'd tell me they were coming on a Tuesday and wouldn't show up until three days later, so I would just say to communicate better with the homeowner when possible.
