If I could give this office 0 stars, I would, but 1 is the lowest you can give. The schedulers in this office messed up my appointment, therefore, it was coded incorrectly, the doctor performed an ""office visit"" versus a ""routine exam"", and my insurance wouldn't cover the visit!! Fully the error on New West, but they would not refund my money. Also, I have been to this office 3 times for 3 different issues. The wait was an hour each time, and the doctors (had 3 different ones) talked with me for 5 minutes and then prescribed me a pill! Needless to say, the doctors simply prescribed a pill to mask my symptoms... they did not help me AT ALL. This is an AWFUL practice! I will never go there again, and I advise anyone to AVOID New West!
