Review content:
They sent a person with questionable mental state to our house. My wife and I think he was on heavy prescription medication. Shortly after he left the system stopped working.
They told me several time they would fix the problem over the phone line. But it never got resolved. They scheduled a service appointment without telling us they were coming to our house.
The only reason I even found out about the service call was because I called into ADT main office to complain about them and they told me that Eversafe set up an appointment...
He never showed up for the appointment...
This company is a flat out scam. They trick you into signing a 3yr contract and then never show up.
Then try and charge you for early termination fees.
I am totally in shock as to how bad a company this is. I would pay an extra 1k to have somebody else do the job.
TOTAL SCAM!!!
