Review content:
Don't call them for service, I had them out 3 times to fix my maytag washer and each time they just guessed at it, they replaced 1 part after waiting for over a month for the part to come in and only after Lowes stepped in and got the part for them. Then they said I gave them the wrong phone number and then it was no one was home when we were. The guy went to the wrong house and lied about me not being home. Then they say it is fixed and it still makes the same noise, so I lost my temper with the lady at the cmpany and told her where she could put the washer. I called Lowe's and they are going to send another company out. 2 months and still no washer thanks to Batten.
