Review content:
I called Batten to service my brand new dishwasher that was not washing dishes. It was under warranty so we used the company that was recommended. I had to call 10 times to get someone to answer the phone. The first time I called I left a message and waited a day and no one ever called me back. Eventually they came out and looked at my dishwasher and told me it was fine, that it must be something else (water temperature, water pressure ect) but didn't bother to check any of these ""other problems."" We then contacted another company and they took the dishwasher apart to find there was a part malfunctioning.
Cons: Never answer the phone, poor customer service
