LiarBusters is my neighbor. His review on Bartlein are all false accusations. In fact, he's just an old dissappointed man who just lost his small claims court against them yesterday. His situation is without merit due to the fact that he did not abide by the laws of the property's CC&Rs. Oh and regards to his claim about the comingling of HOA funds, he was a board member during that time that happened. Now who has poor skills and misconduct???
