In my opinion they are able to collect Hoa fees since they are collected monthly rain or shine but the advice to HOAs they work for is margnal and not well thought out.. Procrast...

Great Property Managers 7/27/2011

LiarBusters is my neighbor. His review on Bartlein are all false accusations. In fact, he's just an old dissappointed man who just lost his small claims court against them yesterday. His situation is without merit due to the fact that he did not abide by the laws of the property's CC&Rs. Oh and regards to his claim about the comingling of HOA funds, he was a board member during that time that happened. Now who has poor skills and misconduct??? more

Poor management skills and employee misconduct 4/11/2011

In my opinion they are able to collect Hoa fees since they are collected monthly rain or shine but the advice to HOAs they work for is margnal and not well thought out.. Procrastination damages homewners well being and enjoyment of property. When owner Bob Bartlein is contacted is not able to resolve issues... Santa Clarita office may be the only offensive office but others are welcomed to chime in...Only had experience with one other management company then discovered some comingling of HOA funds and had to hire another company.. more
