Review content:
Venture Finance claims to be representing Cedar Crest apartments, who claim there I owe them $1164. When I left Cedar Crest I was paid in full. 7 months later, Venture Finance called my office, and said they have sent repeated notices to my home (I may have received one or two statements, which were very unprofessional, so I ignored them since I had paid Cedar Crest in full). When Venture Finance's Jeff Fisher called my office for the FIRST time, he said I had 2 days to get them the documentation or they will take further action, and threaten to garnish my wages. He was very threatening, and didn't listen or care about what I was trying to explain to him. After this first call, I left a message for him (he was on the phone when I called back) to please call my mobile number rather than my work desk phone. He then proceeded to dial my desk phone two times in a row before calling my cell phone as requested. If you want bullying tactics and lack of professional conduct to represent your collections, then I would highly recommend Venture Financial. Cons: Very rude and unprofessional
