I found Import Car Exports by accident because I had a bad experience with another auto garage next door and, when I was pulling out of the driveway, I happened to see the sign for Import Car Exports. I cannot believe I found them...I have been looking for mechanics like them for years.
For the last 2-1/2 months, I have had bad luck with four different shops that misdiagnosed my Volvo. The owner of Import Car Exports figured it out in about 10 minutes. He was awesome. He spent so much time on my car and did not charge me to figure out what was wrong. He took the time to show me the problem when he figured it out, and what he said was accurate. I was so impressed with his customer service.
Being a single mom, I feel that I have been taken advantage of and talked down to at other auto shops. Import Car Exports, on the other hand, was so respectful and really listened to me. I felt completely comfortable there.
Finding an honest mechanic who will take the time with you is so important. The owner of Import Car Exports has relieved so much stress for me because I have been worrying about my car for so long now. Also, for the first time, the service did not cost me hundreds of dollars.
I am a customer of Import Car Exports for life. I am so grateful to them for all they did to help me and will not go anywhere else.
