I was shocked when your mechanic gave me the bill, as you clearly told me the total, with parts and labor, was $163.03. When I got the bill for $313.03, obviously I was not happy...

Import car experts have been servicing my car for 14 years! They are very honest. He doesn't change anything unless there something wrong. He will go over everything with you very thoroughly. He even gives me rides home. I highly recommend import car experts. They treat you like family. more

I was shocked when your mechanic gave me the bill, as you clearly told me the total, with parts and labor, was $163.03. When I got the bill for $313.03, obviously I was not happy. When I questioned it; the mechanic just shoved it at me without responding. I suppose I can dispute the charge with my credit card company, take you to small claims and file a formal complaint with the Better Business bureau? Your "road trips" are questionable, as I noted the mileage before leaving it. I recall a time before when you tried to charge me $40, but reversed it. Not happy more

Great, Fast Service! 3/18/2016

I took my car in the morning and my car was finished that same day. I'm sure it is just dependable on the size of the job, but Dick was very helpful throughout the whole process. He explained to me why my car would not start and he made sure I understood what exactly was going out throughout the repair service. He called me to double check if whatever needed to be done was ok to go ahead and complete. I would highly recommend Import Car Experts! Thanks again. more
