I was shocked when your mechanic gave me the bill, as you clearly told me the total, with parts and labor, was $163.03. When I got the bill for $313.03, obviously I was not happy. When I questioned it; the mechanic just shoved it at me without responding. I suppose I can dispute the charge with my credit card company, take you to small claims and file a formal complaint with the Better Business bureau? Your "road trips" are questionable, as I noted the mileage before leaving it. I recall a time before when you tried to charge me $40, but reversed it. Not happy
