Review content:
The ladies from American Freedom Maids did a good job in our house. It was not bad, nor was it exceptional. I would say average. They charge $78/hr, but have a minimum of $96 for 1hr 15 minutes. The ladies didn't stay the full time, but told me to look through the house to find extra things to clean, which was fine. Unfortunately, I didn't find the ""extras"" until after they left. They didn't dust in all places. I found cracker crumbs (from my son's goldfish crackers) still on the floor, and they only cleaned one side of the window. The sliding glass door was completely filthy on the outside from my son and dog. Also, I found a coupon for $20 off first clean that had no disclaimer on it stating a minimum clean time. At first, the ladies would not take it. I called the main office and the supervisor was nice, however, said she needed to call me back. She never did! I had planned on using them again, but will not. At the very least, she should have offered to honor my coupon to gain business and taken the coupon off the website from where I got it. Not very customer friendly. If they do this, then what other things will they do in my home?
