If you call and can not get through to a human in a decent time. You know my review is for real. I waited a long time on phone for appointment. They scheduled me a two month later appoint. I feel they are too busy to give the care that u need. I Had my glasses come in a week late. I now am trying to get my eyeglasses repaired and use the warranty i purchased. But am back to square one on trying to get hold of someone on the phone. Goood luck on your business with them. But i am taking mine else where. I have given them two years of my business to no correction.
