I want to take the time out and respond to the negative feedback. I was the groomer that was BIT by the little 10lb shih-tzu and I think it was very sad that you found it amusing. I think I would not have been bitten if he was not matted and brought in more often. I could handle him being upset I UNDERSTOOD why he bit me several times because being matted is painful. But on a lighter note we have gotten MANY new customers that are extremely pleased with our services. So you can now read both sides of the story and choose for yourself.
