Review content:
Past visits to this hot spot have been satisfactory for my companion and I. Food was good, service was prompt and we left with little or no complaint. Our most recent experience was POLAR OPPOSITE! We showed up at 7:30 on a Sunday night and the place was packed. There was a couple at the bar waiting for a table when I approached the host station. It took a while before one of the scurrying servers came to greet me, or shall I say, scream ""5 MINUTES!"" at me. So we sat down. A few more groups came in and someone finally came to take down names. Apparently no one believed we had actually been there a while before the others and were passed over twice for seating. When we were finally in a booth, at 8:10, our drink order was taken and we never saw the server again. At 8:30 we decided to leave. My companion and I spent the last 15 minutes of our dinner break time at Taco Bell where we were served promptly and without error. It was cheaper too.
Pros: Good food
Cons: horrible service, seriously.
