Review content:
Have been going there relucantly, ordered a refill on my contacts till my next exam and got a box of defective contacts. Not sure where they were ordered from but it was a bad lot, foreign language on box all the contacts less one pair could not wear for more than one day. Called office and the person who answered listened for a few seconds and put me on hold while I was still talking thought she hung up on me. But she had put me on hold for what seemed like an eternity. Hanged up called back and was told they were going to transfer me, and was put on hold again. After afew minutes I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they didn't have one. I was told very abruptly I would have to call during the week. Very Rude insensitive staff , I will be taking my business else where. These people are unhappy and have poor people skills. PS dont expect consistency they have no idea what that means.!!!!!! If you want caring professional service dont go there, Obviously upper management does't care!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
