Review content:
This is all from memory of my time stuck in Mt. Laurel in 2004 but Jays is hands down the best place to go to late night for a steak and cheese sub and a couple pitchers for last call. It is packed with all sorts of people who are just looking for a good time. Once and a while there was a fight, but never anything crazy. It is a shiphole but it is probably the best dive i have ever been to and in Boston we have a lot of them. I would go back in a second to Jay's if ever stationed in NJ again. God Bless Jay's we need more dive bars like this in america
Pros: Late night food, beer, and sometimes loose women
Cons: smelled like old beer
