Review content:
I am taking my car again to Bass Tires today. I moved away from the area and had used Firestone in downtown to do some of my tire work (rotation, balance, and alignment) and til this day Firestone has not gotten it right. I've made 4 trips to the Firestone off Broadway already and it's just been a nightmare. I'll gladly drive the extra distance for a good friendly service and someone who will do the job right.
Pros: always been upfront and honest about prices and service
Cons: none so far
