Steve Bass and his team offer the best customer service I've ever experienced in the world of auto repair. They are so polite, respectful and efficient. They always take care of our problem and with the best care possible. Is he the cheapest guy on the block? I can't tell you because I don't have any idea but I can tell you that you get what you pay for. You get quality service and products with a smile! These guys are always honest and you can trust their word. more

DO NOT be fooled by the Mayberry atmosphere...I saw workers take car parts and windshield wipers from one car and put them on another car and charge a woman as they were new, as I waited for my car. The owner was aware and did not care. If they don't want to do something that requires a lot of time, apparently they will charge you triple the amount....I saw this for an old man and a starter...$400 for a starter..really? I had my fill while sitting in this dishonest place....do yourself a a favor and don't bother! more

Great Experience 2/25/2010

Nothing like being apprehensive about getting a fair shake and having the owner sitting at the counter to greet you like you'd just stepped up on to his front porch. Old school customer service done Andy Griffith style with excellent results! Good business means a lil' wait perhaps, but bring in your laptop and get your work / reading done w/ internet access. Pros: Friendly, Good Deals Cons: good service = high demand = wait more

The Place to go for All Needs 2/5/2010

Bass Tire has taken care of me for years. They are honest, have decent prices, and really know what ""Customer Service"" means. They are the only place I trust to service my car. They don't just handle tires, but many, many other things as well. And if they can't do it, they know someone who can. Steve and Aaron will take care of you too! Pros: Excellent Service, Excellent Work Cons: None I have found yet more

Worth the distance! 10/13/2007

I am taking my car again to Bass Tires today. I moved away from the area and had used Firestone in downtown to do some of my tire work (rotation, balance, and alignment) and til this day Firestone has not gotten it right. I've made 4 trips to the Firestone off Broadway already and it's just been a nightmare. I'll gladly drive the extra distance for a good friendly service and someone who will do the job right. Pros: always been upfront and honest about prices and service Cons: none so far more

The place to go for your tires 10/28/2005

I have been going to Bass tire for almost 20 years and have received nothing but excellent service, pricing, and support. Owner Steve Bass goes out of his way to make sure his customers are taken care of. more
