They don't even know how to fix the simplest things. Mis-allignment caused me to blow two tires. Constantly bringing the car bak for the same problems, and simple ones, like light bulb failures, took 11 days to replace two bulbs. Small but very annoying problems. Can't get service people on the phone EVER. Inept is about the best word I can use to describe this dealership, and what a shame considering Greenville is BMW's North American Headquarters.
