Recently went for an oil change...spent over 2 hours there. Asked them up front how long it would be and was told half hour. Employees were extremely rude. After 45mins, asked what was taking so long...they were rude but told me they'd bring it right in. I walked across the street to eat thinking by the time I got back it'd be done. When I got back car was still outside. Stupid me for not leaving at that point with my car...but they brought it inside once I returned. Waited another 30mins...told them to give me my car. They said that all the oil was already drained...yet it was another 30mins before they finished. What's sad is when I told other people in the area my experience they all basically said the same thing....that they're rude and will waste your time. All have sworn this place off.
