Very friendly staff, answered all questions and concerns that i had ! The truck was fixed right the fist time. I always have good luck with these guys!! They have been in Novi for as long as i can remember, that's always a good sign!! more

Recently went for an oil change...spent over 2 hours there. Asked them up front how long it would be and was told half hour. Employees were extremely rude. After 45mins, asked what was taking so long...they were rude but told me they'd bring it right in. I walked across the street to eat thinking by the time I got back it'd be done. When I got back car was still outside. Stupid me for not leaving at that point with my car...but they brought it inside once I returned. Waited another 30mins...told them to give me my car. They said that all the oil was already drained...yet it was another 30mins before they finished. What's sad is when I told other people in the area my experience they all basically said the same thing....that they're rude and will waste your time. All have sworn this place off. more

I took my car to Tommy's to fix a starting problem. It was stalling or it would not start, so there place is about one half mile from my apartment. I had to get it towed there, they had a company they use come get it. There tow company screwed me around for about 3 hours I needed someone to work on it right away so I went out to see if it would start it did so I started to drive there I got about half way there and it stalled so called tow co told them where i was they picked me up with a flatbed when we got there he lowered the bed they were going to push it I said just see if it will start it did and they drove it into a stall there is a reason Im telling you this you will see later, Pros: There is not pros working here Cons: I paid almost 800 dollars Please read details. more

I HAD A SERVICE COMPLAINT THAT I WANTED TO WRITE A LETTER TO THE OWNER OF THE FRANCHISE. MATT, THE MANAGER REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE NAME OR THE MANAGING COMPANY'S NAME AND SAID JUST TO SEND IT TO HIM AND HE WOULD FORWARD IT. HIS TONE WAS RATHER RUDE. THE OWNER/FRANCHISEE SHOULD NOT BE A CLASSIFIED SECRET. MATT WOULD NOT EVEN PROVIDE HIS OWN LAST NAME FOR MAILING AND LETTER FORMALITY PURPOSES. I WAS GIVEN THE 3RD DEGREE AND WAS TREATED RUDELY WITHOUT THEM EVEN KNOWING WHO I WAS. FOR ALL THEY KNOW I COULD BE LOOKING AT BRINGING THEM A MULTI-VEHICLE ACCOUNT LINE.
