I will not go back again! I've taken my dogs there on 3 different occassions and the same thing always happens. The groomers are extremely lazy because they only do a partial job. I always request a bath and trim. Whenever I pick up my dogs there's always alot of work missing, such as only half of their nails get trimmed, or only 1 of my dogs will get it's ears tipped but the other doesn't...even though I want the ears tipped for both of the dogs. Sometimes one dog will get all of its nails trimmed and the other won't get it's nails trimmed at all. I've asked for specific things to be done such has trimming the hair around the rear end or belly and when I pick them up, the hair has been untouched! I had to take my dogs back last time to get them to finish the work that I paid for and the groomer gave me a very irritated look like I was wasting his time. Well, if he would've done the job right the first time I wouldn't have to go back. I'm wasting my time as well having to haul my dogs back to the groomer to get the job done right. This time around the groomer didn't trim any of their nails and I didn't have time to take my dogs back to get it done so I went ahead and trimmed them myself. I'm basically paying $35 for a halfass job on only one of my dogs while the other doesn't get trimmed at all because apparently the groomer gets too lazy by the time he gets to the other one. I could do a better job for free! I've given them more than enough chances to redeem themselves and I definately won't be taking my dogs back there again.
