Review content:
This company is the towing company that we use at our condo complex. I came home last night to find someone parked in my spot. There were no other spots to park in in the complex. I called them to come and tow the vehicle, they never came to tow it and never called me back. Since they never came and there were no other parking spots I blocked the person in. When I awoke this morning the car parked in my spot was gone and my car was being towed. So the AUTO STORE TOWING company can tow my car away, an owner at this complex. However they cant come and tow the car away that is not supposed to be there in the first place. They charge me $40.00 and leave. When I call to speak with the owner he tells me that they did not want to wake him while he is sleeping, so I told him to give me my money back because. He then tells the property management company that they could'nt tow it because the ""wheels were turned"". So which one is it Jerry???? I will tell you what don't give me my $40.00 back and I wont take this off internet.
