Auto Store Towing

Prompt - Professional - Reliable - Courteous = Our experience with Auto Store Towing and owner/operator Jason. Our car would not start in a grocery parking lot. Jason was on the spot within 20-30 minutes and checked out our battery and starter before towing it to the garage. Although we live a bit away from the direct route to the selected garage, he offered to drive us home on the way. We would use him again in a flash and are happy to recommend him.\r \r more

This driver drove through my yard and got stuck. The truck broke my water line, the water meter box, my sprinkler, and put large holes/tire tracks in my yard. The driver did have the water line repaired, but the rest of the damage was left for me to do at my expense. My house wasn't even where he was he get the car from. The police were called to fill out a report for my neighbor. more

This company is the towing company that we use at our condo complex. I came home last night to find someone parked in my spot. There were no other spots to park in in the complex. I called them to come and tow the vehicle, they never came to tow it and never called me back. Since they never came and there were no other parking spots I blocked the person in. When I awoke this morning the car parked in my spot was gone and my car was being towed. So the AUTO STORE TOWING company can tow my car away, an owner at this complex. However they cant come and tow the car away that is not supposed to be there in the first place. They charge me $40.00 and leave. When I call to speak with the owner he tells me that they did not want to wake him while he is sleeping, so I told him to give me my money back because. He then tells the property management company that they could'nt tow it because the ""wheels were turned"". So which one is it Jerry???? I will tell you what don't give me my $40.00 back and I wont take this off internet. more

This company is fairly quick-within the hour I was given for time to wait,driver was friendly.brought our van straight to the repair shop. Management was also nice when I called office. more
