This is the second time this year I had to turn to Safelite to replace a window in my car. While I've had a run of bad luck with broken windows, it is very comforting to know your guys are there. The first time I used Safelite, I had to have my windshield totally replaced. A flying rock on the interstate caused a major run in the glass and there was no way to repair it. This time, a flying rock completely shattered my rear passenger windows.
From the initial phone calls to the installation process, I was met with efficient, friendly and professional courtesy, and the jobs were complete early the very next day. Safelite always had exactly what I needed and I didn't have to wait days on end for parts to come in. On each occasion, the technicians did a beautiful and clean job.
While I hope that I have no more broken windows for a very, very, very long time. I can find comfort in knowing that I don't have to stress on having a window replaced or repaired. I will strongly recommend Safelite to anyone I know, and I again thank you and everyone involved in your company and for making my experience a pleasant one.
