I called out Diamond Auto Glass Repair in Irving Texas to repair my broken auto glass. They arrived almost one hour late and never called to let us know. When the auto glass repair technician arrived, he was a twenty something male that was very unprofessional in appearance and could not speak english.
Cons: late on appointment, not qualified to perform services - missing tools, rude, manager was very argumentative
