Review content:
Mosaic is not as hip or luxe as it portrays itself to be. It's seen a multitude of teething troubles and the word is that it's going to be converted from condos to apartments because not enough people are buying. There were so many noisy parties at the pool, with trash to be found in the pool, stone counter tops were not sealed so are easily stained, the trash chute hasn't worked for weeks, the elevators frequently have issues, clogged toilets, low water pressure, noisy neighbors etc. The staff are all really friendly and helpful, but the ""lifestyle"" is not as glamorous as in the magazines. Consider your purchase carefully.
