If it were possible to write a review with zero stars, I would. The building is gorgeous and the views are stunning. But the folks who are attracted to living here are more of your college dorm material. i have very very few nights of uninterrupted sleep. Right around bar closing time the drunks come through the halls. It's ridiculous and the managment teams (and there are plenty) really do nothing. They will send someone to ask for quiet....but that's about it. The building isn't leased and the neighbor building isn't selling quickly therefore they cannot afford to turn anyone away. If you want to live here make sure you're of the drinking/drugging variety and NEGOTIATE. You'll get in for next to nothing.
