At first, they seemed professional, honest, and reliable. They were contracted to install ventilation in my commercial site. The technician left a huge mess and the roof leaked causing damage to my ceilings. Tech never came back to repair the leak damage as promised. The supervisor was unpleasant. Follow up was difficult and overall I would never recommend to anyone. They are a big company and should definitely spend the time and money to improve their customer service skills. FYI: 2nd opinion from our roofers and the landlords air conditioner contractors also deemed the work to be poorly completed. Leaked immediately. Pros: The receptionist was very pleasant to work with. Cons: customer service and follow up was a hassle and unpleasant.
