Bay Mountain Air

Joey from Bay Mountain Air showed up on time and was polite and professional. He found a coolant leak in the air conditioner. He added more coolant and discussed the pros and cons of spending more money on our furnace/air conditioners installed 14 years ago. He installed a thermostat replacement, and performed general maintenance. The price was very reasonable. This was a cold call, and I was pretty nervous. But, I was super pleased. I asked for an additional business sticker to put over the old furnace guy's sticker in the garage. Thanks. more

At first, they seemed professional, honest, and reliable. They were contracted to install ventilation in my commercial site. The technician left a huge mess and the roof leaked causing damage to my ceilings. Tech never came back to repair the leak damage as promised. The supervisor was unpleasant. Follow up was difficult and overall I would never recommend to anyone. They are a big company and should definitely spend the time and money to improve their customer service skills. FYI: 2nd opinion from our roofers and the landlords air conditioner contractors also deemed the work to be poorly completed. Leaked immediately. Pros: The receptionist was very pleasant to work with. We contracted with this company for a new heater and install of central air. During the furnace install the workers failed to put anything down to protect the hardwood floors. They put 2 very large gouges in the floor. We are still wating for them to repair the floor and it's been 6 weeks. Cons: Poor customer service. Damaged property and wont pay for repair. more
