Review content:
Started almost a month ago- on first visit was told it was one part which was ordered. Part came in and it was the wrong part so they reordered. Came and put in the correct part and it didn't fix it. Ordered another part and came out to my house for the 3rd time and installed the part everything worked- asked me whether I wanted to leave the other un-needed part installed and I said no. They put back the supposedly good part and this burnt out another. Now they are saying that they want to charge me for that as well. Trying to decide whether or not to let them come out and try for a fourth time...
Pros: Good Communicators of Appt times
Cons: Parts Changers Not Technicians
