I was referred by a coworker. My appointment was for 4pm and I arrived around 3:40pm, waited until after 5pm before I was called to the back and finally saw the doctor around 5:40pm. I understand this happens from time to time but not a good 1st impression. Had to work on a pre authorization for the medication prescribed and called to follow up, the person who answered the phone was VERY unprofessional. Finally got the prescription 2 days later, took it to the pharmacy and it wasn't signed by the doctor so I was turned away. Spoke with the ofc mgr Dave who apologized and said someone would call me when a new one was ready, two days later I follow up and it was. I asked why no one called me and couldn't get an answer. Two weeks later my son has no medication, needless to say my children will not be going back there!!!!!!!!!
