Review content:
I went in to buy a name tag engraved with my church logo. The lady took the order. I gave her a disc with the logo in several graphics formats. She blew one of them up way too big, printed it, and gave me my disc back. She then told me that my name tag would be ready Monday morning.
At 11:00am on Monday I went in and was told it would be ready after 12:00. At 1:30 I returned and was told they couldn't finish it because my logo was too fuzzy. Apparently she was trying to scan her print out and use that instead of the high quality digital images I gave her. Of course it was fuzzy, she had taken a 3 inch wide logo and scaled it up to 11 inches wide!
She kept saying ""Can't you just tell me where to copy it off your web site?""
I simply told her that I was taking my business elsewhere as her operation seemed very unprofessional. She then said ""I think you should! Your pastoral skills are horrible""
I should have checked for online reviews first!
