You know when I started to appreciate my landlord? At 1:00 AM on 1/27/11. That?s when my heat stopped working. It turned out that the heat was oil and the oil company didn?t make a delivery on time, but we didn?t know it at the time. I was pretty upset. I called the JMH office, and followed the emergency directions and someone called me back in about 10 minutes. They couldn?t fix the heat that night, but they did come out and bring me and the other tenants? space heaters until the oil company came out the next afternoon and made things right. I think they did a great job.
