TOTAL SLUMLORD. I can't emphasize this enough. He does not take care of any of the buildings he owns and/or manages. Do not rent or sign a lease from this individual. The lease documents are extremely restrictive and border on illegal.
Cons: Big thumbs down. Slumlord of the highest order.
