I've had the misfortune of renting from slumlords before, and Pine Realty definitely are not that. I had read the negative reviews online but I did my own due diligence - I figured there would be much more than one or two bad reviews on the internet if they were really that bad. And while I've only been renting for a few months from them, I've found everything to be fine. The apartment and building are nice and the location is unbeatable. Michael Sher has always picked up the phone and addressed any questions or concerns we have had. Granted it's only been a few months but, so far so good. The apartment is a great deal and I'm hoping to stay here for quite a while. So far so good.
