These guys are a perfect 10! I was dragged in to Gentle Star by a friend who was having a complimentary consult. I never thought I would utilize services at a med spa, but I was impressed with Dr Ellis's knowledgeability, candor, kindness and willingness to introduce me to some of their product offerings with no strings attached. My skin has never looked/felt better and these guys go well beyond the call of duty, standing by every purchase and service with genuine interest in your ultimate wellbeing. Additionally, the Gentle Star atmosphere is something to be experienced-- they did a gorgeous job with the space + you will always feel welcome by friendly Nikko at the front desk! Thx guys
