When I first called Gentle Star med spa, I knew this place was different. Craig, the lead medical esthetician, answered my call and spent a good 20 minutes answering all my questions. When I booked my facial, he spent a good 2 hours cleaning out every pore on my face and another extra hour going over my recommended regime. This place really cares about beautifying your skin and educating their patients. I have seen dramatic results in my skin after consulting with Craig. Nikko, the receptionist, is incredibly personable and friendly. Although the decor is plush and trendy, this is not your typical day spa where they rub useless masks and creams on your face, Gentle Star really gets down to the root problem of your skin and you will see results.
