Review content:
We used Backyard Vacation Pools to build our pool this past summer (June 2006) and found experience with Jeff and Susan Primm to be one of the best! They were honest, got the job completed ahead of schedule! They were one of the ONLY companies that gave us options on what we could put on our pool, the other pool companies just gave us a list and said this is what you get. They took the time to educate us so we could make a good informed decision! They put things on their pools that no other company does because they care of the safety of children. I loved it when they said, we are business owners, but we are parents first, that really put in all into prespective about much they are about the well-being of their clients. The icing on the cake, they build one of the most beautiful pools we have ever seen! Tons of attention to the details which we did NOT see with other builders. A pool that was 2 months old looked like it was 5 years old with some of the other companies. We had Backyard Vacation take us to new pools and old pools because we were nervous after looking at a few from other companies, their new and older pools all looked the same, gorgeous! Looking for honest builders with integrity, look no further, they are it and we have told everyone we know to use them!
