Have just had the BEST perm ever! It was done on these flexible tubes, and wrapped up in only 15 minutes! In about an hour I had the most natural looking curls I've ever had from a perm. And there was no awful smell left in my hair! Bill explained that the smell comes from not rinsing long enough or with hot enough water. And he rinsed FOREVER! Most stylists rinse only a couple of minutes. These curls save me lots of time in the morning!
