Had a big problem with my haircolor. Loved it, but it made me look FAT! Bill showed me how I could use the same color as highlights, but alternated with lowlights (for the gray) to get the balance to my face structure that I wasn't getting with one color all over. He took the time to explain my options and used haircolor swatches against my skin to help me see what he was envisioning for me. AND he gave me a great cut and taught me how to work with it.
