I called on a Saturday morning desperate to get my window fixed.....Tom, the manager, was kind and professional when he told me to come on in. He quoted me $35 to $65 just to set it up since the motor had gone out. I got there and was received very well. Offered me coffee and cookies with much respect. Also offered me an oil change at a great price while I was there, which I needed, so I did. With many other cars to fix, they got to mine quickly and informed me of its statis periodically. They did what they were supposed to do and came through on the $35, the lowest quote, to do the job I needed.
